These are bent seat tubes made from American or German 4130 steel tubing. They are great for making mountain bikes with short chainstays. The bend follows the radius of the tire and makes for a visually pleasing arc. They are meant to be used with a collar to be welded into the top that reduces the ID to the desired seat post diameter.
