When you order a custom frame from Myth, you will work one-on-one with the framebuilder to design a one of a kind bike designed just for you. We have the ability to build just about any custom bike you can dream up, so take a look at our options and see if going custom is right for you.

Prices include every feature and option I offer for that type of frame. The only features that cost extra are couplers and Pinion Gearboxes, which are also listed below.

Frame deposit: $800.00

Mountain/Fat frame: $2599.00
Options include, but are not limited to:
– Fully custom geometry and tubeset
– Brazed-on stainless headbadge
– Bent tubes
– Loopstay signature yoke
– Crazy tire clearance
– S-bent stays
– Curved seatstay bridge
– Post-mount brakes
– Stealth dropper routing
– Sliding, Rocker, or any other kind of dropouts
– Rack mounts

Road, gravel, etc. frame: $2599.00
Options include, but are not limited to:
– Fully custom geometry and tubeset
– Brazed-on stainless headbadge
– S-bent stays
– Curved seatstay bridge
– Sliding, Rocker, or any other kind of dropouts
– Rack and fender mounts
– Pump pegs
– Seat binders

Tandem (road or mountain) frame: $4199.00
Options include any of the options found on the road or mountain frames.

Custom fork: $449.00 with frame
We are only building custom forks to go along with a frame at this time. A custom fork can be any steerer size, tire clearance, or axle standard. ISO or post mount brakes. Thru-axle forks come with an axle.

Frame Materials

We build with Reynolds 853 heat-treated air-hardening steel. Reynolds makes the worlds finest butted tubing, with the most profiles available from any manufacturer. Their commitment to the bike industry matches our own, and we’re proud to be partnered with them and using their incredible products.

What we don’t make ourselves we source from the best machine shop in the industry; Paragon Machine Works. Their commitment to American manufacturing and high quality products make them a perfect source for our critical frame components such as dropouts, headtubes, and bottom bracket shells.

Powdercoat and paint
Every frame comes with your choice of any powder coat color we have in stock. Any single color solid tone powder coat is included with a custom frame, but there are powder coat upgrade options too. See all the PC options outlined on our Colors Page.

Pinion Gearbox
Myth Cycles is proud to be building with Pinion gearboxes! We offer either our custom Mountain or road frames with Pinion Gearbox upgrades. When you get a frame with Pinion, it will include the gearbox of your choice, shifter, and forged crankset. Pricing varies based on what gearbox you are interested in. Below are some of the more popular options, but any gearbox can be specced.
