Ambrosia is our gravel and adventure drop bar frame. With so many gravel bike options out there, we set out to create something very specific. A bike that was perfect good at three things:
-Riding roads. Dirt roads, gravel roads, fire roads, unpaved roads, country lanes, 4×4 roads, and backwoods paths. It’s not recommended, but you can even ride paved roads. With relaxed handling and comfortable geometry, Ambrosia is meant for all-day excursions. Made with the finest Columbus steel tubing, the ride is comfortable and the weight rivals that of many production un-steel frames.
-Touring (called bikepacking in today’s lingo) with sewn bags. While Ambrosia has rack (and fender) mounts, it’s meant for light-and-fast touring with a minimum of gear and a maximum of speed and freedom. With a large front triangle and today’s endless choices of bikepacking bags, you can hit the road with half the weight of yesteryear’s rack-and-pannier expedition rigs.
-Just getting around. “Commuting” isn’t the bike world’s sexiest activity, but in reality, it really is. Ditching your car for the bike lanes, gravel paths, and secret shortcuts of your city or town is the best way to enjoy your commute, stay in shape, and keep the dream alive for bike related adventures for the future. Ambrosia has fender mounts for the wet days, rack mounts for your stuff, and an enjoyable ride to keep you smiling even if you’re heading to work.

Geometry
The roots of Ambrosia’s geometry go back to many years before Myth Cycles was a bike company. Thousands of miles of road, gravel road, and all manner of drop bar riding lead to knowing exactly what we want out of a bike like this. The handling is less twitchy and more stable at high speeds, especially with a loaded bike. The seat and head tube angles compliment each other perfectly to be just right with whatever cockpit length you’re aiming for.
Size specific geometry includes adjustments to the chainstay length and BB drop in addition to the standards of seat and head tube length.
Ambrosia is sized by Effective Top Tube length. The sizes in the geo chart reflect the ETT. We believe this is the most important dimension when sizing a drop bar bike, so that’s where we start.
