The first Zodiac build block is done! and the first we’re featuring is Jake’s green machine.
He went with a complete bike and a Black Chrome/Forest Green powder coat. Black chrome is one of my favorite powders, and I’m still hoping someone orders a whole bike that color someday. Forest Green is amazing too, it’s micro speckled with different shades of green that make up the overall color.
Jake went with a complete build including Fox suspension, Shimano XT gruppo, and some custom wheels with silent Onyx hubs and Velocity rims. This thing is ready to rip!
Putting the Zodiacs into production was a big push this spring, with many hours of toolmaking and dialing in our process for producing them en masse. But the hard work has been done, and I’m looking forward to the next batch which should be quite a smooth ride.
This one is staying local with my friend Jake, so I’ll get to see it from time to time as well. Thanks Jake!
